Hossein Hetemadi I do not know how to dry at 40 °C. Freeze drying is one way to dry hydrogel. If the drugs/therapeutics you have encapsulated is stable at low temperatures then you can freeze-dry the hydrogel to remove water.
thanks Ajeesh Chandrasekharan for the comment. Freeze- dryer is not economically viable cause of cost for large scale production. I am working on vacuum pump now to see how it goes.
Ajeesh Chandrasekharan can you please spread this question with colleagues. In academia we dry the gels at various tempreatures, even some people store it at 4 0C but in pharma induistry, we need to make tablet so you need to encapsulate thje hydrogel bead with drug, dry it at 40 0C and then make it tablet or capsule for market. this is the point how to dry the hydrogel/drug mix at 40 celsuis ?
