You can let ChemBio3D shows you the H-bonds in your molecule by going to Model Display>Show Hydrogen Bonds as shown in the attached figure that shows the intramolecular H-bond of aspirin. You can find all details in the help topics of the software itself.
I am trying to draw this molecule. It is important that it exists with an intramolecular NH...O hydrogen bond. But the program falsifies the configuration of the double bond and does not show/consider this hydrogen bond.
