How to do transforming back to the original data?

Can any one suggest,that how to transforming back to the original data? What is the method and process?

Hello dear professor,

You just invert the process that you made when you were transferred such data.

In time series analysis, we generally work with DS and TS models, so in the final analysis we add the past value to the transferred series for DS and we add the tendency for the series when we have a TS.
