Hello everyone, I want to ask something about hypothesis testing in curve fitting?

I would like to get to know some kinds of literature and recommend it. How to do the hypothesis testing in curve fitting?

In this figure, the red square is the mean of the real data, and a blue line is a fitting curve of f1(x) function which is based on the least-squares curve fitting.
