I am trying to learn a MODTRAN for atmospheric correction. but i don't understand output of MODTRAN. If any paper on detail of output of MODTRAN like 6SV then please inform me. basically i want to understand equations for output calculations done by MODTRAN.

The first logical option would be to check the MODTRAN5 manual (found by googling):

The MODO manual (MODO is a graphical UI for modtran) is also worth mentioning, it can be downloaded here: http://rese.ch/download/index.html
But then, MODTRAN itself is not the easiest tool to use for atmospheric correction of images, as it is designed for forward simulation (from target to sensor), and atmospheric correction is inverse simulation. There are (commercial) software for AC that are based on large look-up tables calculated with MODTRAN, like ATCOR. Actually the ATCOR manual (also available from rese.ch) describes the equations needed for AC quite nicely.
