So in my research the independent variables are manipulated online review content (manipulated valence, platform, etc). There are 6 different groups with different manipulations (conditions).
And there are questions asked in the survey afterwards, which are items measuring the dependent variables.
Now, I need to do regression analysis and I confuse which value should I put as the independent variables in the SPSS as I don't measure the independent variables?

It's not clear from your query whether you have one, two, or more independent variables. I understand that you have six treatment conditions in all. If this was the result of two factors (say, Factor A having 3 levels and Factor B having 2 levels), the simplest approach would likely be a factorial anova. If just 6 groups representing ad hoc combinations of conditions, you could treat it as a one-way anova.
You could also treat this as a regression problem with: (a) five group membership variates (e.g., could dummy code the six groups into 5 variates); or (b) two or more factors (as in anova), if that applies (if so, and if you had two, then there would be a coding for factor A level, a coding for factor B level, and a coding for the A*B interaction, for . In any event, these would be your independent variables.
The questions you ask in the survey would likely form your DV. Whether it makes more sense to combine these into a total (or average) value, or treat them as multiple DVs depends on the questions (and their relationships, both empirical and rational).
