hello,
I have slated cells from zebrafish embryos,however i am unable to retrieve it back after cryopreservation.
I have tried different compositions of medium,however I fail at last.
I used 20%ES-FBS,40%DMSo and L-15.
10%DMSo,20% FBS and L-15.none of the composition is working I reffered many papers,they all use DMSO 10%,20% variations.
Can someone help me with this please!!

You can try with freezing medium (ESM4 medium with 40% FBS and 20% DMSO).

I have followed the same protocol as in this article.However i am finding it difficult to revive the cells.the cells are alive,however its not adhering to the surface.
If anything else can be recommended kindly do share.
