Sundar, you need to provide more information than this. I am assuming you have a continous dependent variable and a certain number of groups that you want to test? WIthout more information than this, I would say that you can run a one-way ANOVA followed by post-hoc tests to determine which groups have statistically significant differences than others.

Sundar, there are many assumptions must be available before you decide to do anova , the important assumption that the data has normal distribution , there were number of groups , each group has enough number of replicates .
If there were no matching with these assumptions you must do your test by non parametric tests.
