I want to do a Mechanistic model where I have the data for animal's body temperature, environmental temperature, sunrise timing, animal body length, and animal body color data (HSV). My question is how do these environmental factors influence body temperature and body color? How can I do it in R? Do you have any suggestions or package suggestions?
