How to do a Joint Pathway Analysis for Candida albicans multi-omics data using MetaboAnalyst?

Hi, I have transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics data from Homo sapiens and Candida albicans. I was able to use the MetaboAnalyst online tool for Pathway analysis of both the organisms. I could do Joint Pathway Analysis for Homo sapiens, but not for Candida albicans. Is there a way to surpass this issue using the online tool?
