Dear Pranav Bakre, though ignoring conditions under which you are working, I would suggest you to use piranha solution, since it is not mentionned in the the link included in my previous answer, but I strongly advise you to be carefull in manipulating it, it is extremely agressive. Piranha is a mixture of H2SO4 and H2O2, simple search will give you the relative proportions of each. There is another suggestion I will add once I find the name of its inventor. My Regards
Dear Pranav Bakre, if it is a surface adsorbed lead, flame Atomic Absorption spectroscopy is the best alternative to dissolution by agressive chemicals. See the free to download document link below. My Regards
