I would like to spin coat my quantum dot (in toluene) solution onto the substrate. PMMA might help me to get uniform films. How can I dissolve PMMA powders in toluene ?

Thanks Chandan, but unfortunately there is no recipe for dissolving PMMA in toluene. I need to dissolve it inside toluene.
I have tried to stir it with high temperature and room temperature, but I could not get perfect transparent solution. I need it in toluene !

what % (wt/wt) of PMMA to toluene are you mixing? I used to mix 2-10% PMMA in toluene and never had a problem. It would have to stir for a long time (2-3 hours) and a bit of heat would make it go faster.
