I need a solvent which it can dissolve PbS (lead II sulfide) well. I can't use nitric acid because it destroy S2- in PbS.

PbS is soluble in aqua regia mixture.
Like in mining sector, the PbS (Galena) is dissolved in HCl and Nitric acid at a ratio of 3:1.
