I'm trying to prepare glutamine solution for tissue culture. Is there any standard procedure that I must follow for making solution.Research article will be most preferable
It's easily soluble up to 100 mM in standard DI water, and you could probably go higher, especially if you dissolve it in, say, cell culture media. The key things to remember are to filter it before putting it on your cell culture, and that glutamine will hydrolyze to glutamic acid over time in water, so if your end concentration is really critical, you'd be best off making fresh stocks routinely, or ideally right before use.
