Hello,

I just started to culture the human coronary artery smooth muscle cells (HCASMC), purchased from Promocell. I used smooth muscle cell growth medium 2 (from Promocell) to do normal culture.

Does anyone know about how to differentiate the HCASMC (such as add more supplementary factors, change different mediums, and so on)?
