Theories give formal established relationships between concepts. You can use these relationships to propose your hypothetical one; a tentative proposal of relationships between variables from your own viewpoint (a conceptual framework for your study).
You should select variables and identify how those variables are treated in different theoretical backgrounds. Once chosen and observed through each lens, you could collect pieces of evidence of this triangulation that could be viewed in one or more crossed cases.
Conceptual framework is not drawn directly from the theories. It is derived from different application of theories. To draw a conceptual framework you need to review quantitative studies alongwith qualitative works and theories.
