Will this be single end or paired end as no identifier #0/1 or /2 are given here. Also the metadata on SRA run selector gives it is single end but in the research article it is said that the study is paired end (2*300bp)

Additionally, when I checked the plotQualityprofile using R it was not quite good and total no. of cycles given were 500.
