I have a question relating to voxel-cartesian coordinate relation. I'm working with raw fmri data, for 1st time. I'm trying to extract the intensity manually of exact xyz coordinates in cartesian with a labview program, I have questions in the relation of voxel size to cartesian coordinate distance. How are they equivalent? how can I determine if 1 step in coordinate represent 1:1 scale of the edge's length?
