Dear All, I really appreciate all your contributions. @ Raju Thapa: Thank you very much for your great effort and all the inks (Dherei dhannyaba cha). As checked some of these meterials, I found that my sample which is very small in amount (volume is below 0.5 mL), it contains some polymers and proteins in the water and I want to determine the turbidity of this sample, this small volume can't be used in the turbidity meters suggested by you all. I find some people are using plate reader connected with UV spectrometer, to measure the light intensity passed though the sample and based on that they determine the turbidity. Please suggest.
