I am doing oscillatory analysis with the DHR3 by TA instruments. The Orchestrator Software has a tool that allows me to determine molecular weight distribution. However, I have yet to gain experience with that tool and would like to know if it works for the polymer I am using a polyacrylamide.
Could someone share some tips?

Dear Andrea Vaca Mora, you didn't specified the technique! Viscometry is widely used technique. It is based on the determination of the intrinsic viscosity, and using the power-law equation of Mark-Houwink-Sakurada to deduce the viscosity average MW. My Regards
