I have a problem in how to determine the load vector in this problem.My question reffers to the load vector with maximum value q1 which is applied inside the 4node finite element.(q0 is applied on the top border but q1 is inside the finite element).So,should i consider it as body force?

You have to calculate integrals of the piecewise linear load with maximum value q1 multiplied by approximation functions (for displacements) along the line where this load is distributed.

Reaction forces caused by springs give contribution to the stiffness matrix. Normal reactions of rollers may be included to the global load vector, but using zero normal displacements (for rollers) makes it possible to ignore the equilibrium equations containing these reactions.

In linear Fem( static case) ase δWinternal=δWexternal we solve Ku=Q,where Q contains only external forces(not the reactions) in order to find displacements.After we fine displacements,we solve Ku=R, where R is the rection forces at the nodes in order to define reactions.Tecnhically Ku=reactions and reactions=external forces due to equillibrium.Am I right sir?Sorry for my silly questions
Otherwise the reactions at the bottom are uknown so how can i find the displacements there?
