Boundary conditions on a flanged pipe?

Hey guys I want to ask a question regarding the BC's on this pipe.Should I fix only the face of the flanges or the whole flange?Also,should I fix the bolt holes?

It depends on how accurate you want your solution

If you don't need an accurate solution near the flange, then you can fix the face.

If you need an accurate simulation of the flange then use a spyder remote connection with springs on each bolt.
