The logic behind each chemical property would be different as it depends on the way each property is defined. Density can most probably be written as the sum of Volume fractions of each component of fluid multiplied by the Density of the Fluid.
The same can be done for Specific Energy and Thermal Conductivity as well.
But I feel, Properties like Viscosity and Velocity would be based on flow properties as well so it is not so straightforward
Yes, sir the fluids are co-existing and non-reactive just like gases in air. The similar way when there is a mixture of gases or fluids. I want to calculate the chemical properties, so i need the reliable formulas for calculating the chemical properties like thermal conductivity,specfic gravity,specfic heat and more.
