Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) kits! Relatively inexpensive. All you need to have is a refrigerator to store them (until you use them), some pipettes/tips, and a plate reader. And some patience and the ability to follow the kit's instructions. With duplicate samples and internal controls, you can run quite a few samples using just one kit. Here's one:
Thank you very much for your guide. it was very important me to go further. I'm an university student. If you can give me your email address I would like to discuss more about this.
Thank you very much for your document. And I was more useful for me. I keep this as my future reference material. As well I'm also doing a research regarding dairy cattle fertility. But I couldn't measure the reproductive hormone levels in the blood. Because it was more cost for me. If you are really interesting about this we can plan a better study. and more details about the study. Actually it is a herbal treatment. Once I give that herbal treatment to cattle which have physiological reproductive problems we can check hormonal changes during treatment.
Thanks for your letter, and for our future collaboration!
It is very interesting treatment, I have never heard about this, I admire to you and your research.....actually I was examined the hormones level and it cost me, but as it was a part of my PhD, I didnt think of money :) Actually this hormone levels were important for cows with ovarian cysts, but firstly I was examined the blood and milk urea, ASAT,........and P4 to circle the research work ....will be in contact
Thank you very much for your interesting. In these days I'm doing my industrial training in a dairy farm. So I'm really interesting to do a good research in future regarding to this topic with your collaboration.
I wish you nice training and more successful research work .....I wanted to ask you if is not a problem, actually, your herbal treatment is feeding with Asparagus ???? During my googling for PhD literature review I memorized the author Kumar was doing some research with this plant ???? Sorry that I asked you, but really I feel happiness knowing that someone like me is going on farms, researching and helping to the agriculture sector
honestly it is about asparagus. The variety that I used was different than others. This is my email adddress : [email protected] we can discuss more if you are really willing to join with this type of study. More than this type of herbal treatments are there. so we can plan a better study for a better result. Because I'm really interesting about animal breeding,
I will be a little busy with some traveling and finishing my PhD.....Thanks for your email, we will be in contact, and we can make some interesting productive research...best regards
Last century, I did measure P4 and E-2 in blood plasma from dairy cows using RIA techniques which I published in some papers in my profile. But this technique is no more favourable because of radioactive components and is replaced by non-radiaoactive techniques like EIA.
