I am new to studies involving HLA haplotype. So, we are going to study retrospectively if certain HLAs are associated with development of antibodies against some biological drugs.
How could I calculate numerosity of such a study?

I imagine that you have a cohort of patients who have been given the drug and that you have their histocompatibility studies.
Compare the frequencies of the different alleles and/or haplotypes between patients who have generated antibodies and those who have not.
