The aluminium matrix composites produced are been characterized using OM/SEM/FESEM images . Now due to availability of reinforcement powders along with inherent precipitates in side the aluminium matrix, facing difficulty in marking the difference between them . How to distinguish/mark the precipites and reinforcements (nano) seperately...?

As I understand it, inclusions have a different composition than aluminum alloy. Then you can get a picture in a scanning microscope using characteristic electrons from different elements. In such a picture, it will be possible to easily distinguish objects that differ in chemical composition.

To precisely solve your problem, we need to know the MMC system you are working with (i.e., matrix alloy type and reinforcements).
Generally speaking, you can distinguish them by EDS composition analysis (if both precipitates and reinforcements are in nano range, use EDS in TEM).
There is another crude way: precipitates in Al alloy matrix will have orientation relationship (OR) with the matrix and a particular shape. Hence, in TEM bright field image precipitates will be arranged in a particular pattern and shape (depending on its habit plane), whereas reinforcement particles will have neither OR nor specific shape.

These ceramic nano particles could be distinguished using Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy. If we have to identify just the elements present in these precipitates, optical emission spectroscopy will be enough.
