I am looking for the PLL design as per SO (Symmetric Optimum) method for Grid connected inverter. I am going to use simulink for the same.
The SO method is clear to me. However, I can not understand that in the dq transformation block of matlab do I need to consider any additional factor such as 3/2 after designing PLL loop?
Can anyone describe me the design steps?

Thank you for sharing. I already went through this paper. I have following question.
I will be implementing the model in SIMULINK. I will put abc/dq0 block to tranform in to d-q quantities.
With the help of paper attached, I will calculate Kpll and Tpll. This values I will put in PI controller of Simulink. and the output will be added to Wff and integrated to get an angle which will be again fed back to abc/dq0 transform.
Is this ok method?

best method to design the PI controller parameters is to use the Symmetrical Optimum method. You should consider the LPF delay if used and the digital controller sampling frequency delay.
