Need help to design a full bridge DC-DC converter using duty cycle control, including high frequency magnetic design, inductor and transformer with electrical specifications?
we designed a 5kW triangular current mode converter with an 1200V IGBT at 200 kHz with an 50µH inductor. It is descriped in the power electronic book of Undeland and in my conference paper:"Design of Inductive Components for Triangular Current Mode (TCM) Inverters up to 500 kW". Afterwards we used a SiC MOSFET from Cree 1200V 80mOhm with 1MHz. You need a gatedrive unit... and a controler e.g. a TMS320 for higher frequencies or MSP430.
A full design sugest is a bit much for RG-QA... I may recomand to read some papers or application notes e.g. IRF or TI - gate drive app notes. With this literatur you will start faster as with some books.
