My research is related to the use of Parasites as biological tags for stock idenfication.

I don't have much experience in fish Parasitology. To select a Parasite for stock idenfication, the Parasites must have a long life span. But I don't know how to determine that the parasite I found has long or short life span. Also I decided to sample 600 specimen in three different countries based on 200 per country quarterly for 6 months. I don't know if I have to sample 100 ones for each country or have to sample may be 10 to 15 every week until I reach the 200 for each country.
