Normally your solution is very dilute when you are doing spin coating, the solution may spread in coating unit, so dont dilute it, instead of that make it concentration more and spread it high viscous solution.

In this case you have chance to get film. Good luck.

No need to dilute the solution further.you can get good film by adjusting the spin speed.Keep it less initially till the solution spreads on the substrate say 200 rpm,then increase the speed to 2000 to get uniform thin film.you can try with different speed combinations for best results.
