I have synthesised NiO and WO Nanoparticles via Hydrothermal method. I want to disperse these NPs on Si substrate. I just tried spin coating with slow spin speed but the NPs are not fixing on the substrate.
I need some suggestions in this regards.

It all depends on the zeta potential of the product you are trying to deposit. Change the surface charge of the silica by addition of a quat in a particular pH range.
