Hi Harahsheh,

You may can spray the nanoparticle suspension on carbon printed electrode, and then keep drying in air. If you further want to remove organic surfactants in suspension, which coverd Au Nps, you may heat your sprayed electrode at 250 or 300 oC for 1h in inert environment (N2 or Ar gas).

As far as I know, for deposition of a suspension on a substrate, you can use spin coating or dip coating.
