Would like to implement a delivery program in Kiribati

Before implimantion of such a important program, epidemiological data and social-culture behavior of the population must be studied. Based on these data most varnable population must be covered first to minimize the parasite load transmission of disease. Then cover the other group of pop. and monitor periodically, evaluate the program next transmission season.
