How to define shear spring for circular section?

Dears colleagues,

I'm working on shear failure about circular section column.

Concerning the shear limit in OpenSees manual, i have something confused!

In the input of curve, i should input the section b, h, but it's for rectangular section for

limitCurve Shear $curveTag $eleTag $rho $fc $b $h $d $Fsw $Kdeg $Fres $defType $forType .

What should i do to define b, h for circular section?
