Hello Djafar.

There is not any method available in the OAPI for define a response spectrum function. However, you can directly edit the file ".$et" and insert the spectrum, then import the ".$et" file and save the model. This is the semi-automatic way that i found, let me know if you find a better way.

Actually, I shifted towards Sap2000 because I found it more robust in terms of API.
