I wish to analyse some special zone in the simulation flow space. Actually, in the Adaptation area we can define a region but it doesn't reserve for analysis, like the plans we defined. Or if it's possible, we can define a region in the phase of Geometry or Mesh? And I know neither in the step of Results.

In the FLUENT, you may define the Surface, under which you can choose a appropriate region (point, line, plane, surface, quadratic, etc.) depending on your requirements.
