These are special concretes which the volume will increase when we add some material to concrete. a lot of research to be done regarding this topic. Sodium polyacrylate is the material I am using to increase the volume of the concrete. It will take nearly 30 hours to get final strength for mortar cubes by usage of Sodium polyacrylate, Suggest me good accelerator to decrease setting time.
Based on my experience with cement research, I would recommend nanomaterials (nanosilica, CNTs).
Commercial accelerators can be purchased from BASF or SIKA.

You can use Calcium chloride, calcium flakes to accelerate the setting time of concrete. If you are going to use calcium chloride, you must ensure it is at a proportion of 2% of the total cement mixture and no more (toxic).
A little inexpensive limestone powder might help. Like 5-10% by weight of cement.
Commercial super plasticizer can resolve your problems.
Check the chemical composition of super plasticizer and reaction with Sodium polyacrylate while selecting the super plasticizer
