Dear Researchers,
I'm a PhD student and currently working on fine scale habitat use by domestic cats. I got two datasets, the one is "used habitats" and the other one is "available habitats", both of them are compositional datasets. I'm trying to figure out the habitat selection of cats by using "compana" function in R. However, this package doesn't allow the existence of zero values, therefore, I need a solution to substitute zero values in my datasets. Any suggestions for this issue?
