How to deal with the non-significant factors selected by sequential tests models (DistLM) in primer?

some factors, as Marginal test showed, were not significant. However, in sequential tests, they were selected, and p values are lower than 0.05. What should i do with this? Does this mean the model is problem? or should i exclude the non-significant factors detected by marginal test, and then run sequential test?
