I am trying to grow L. amylovorus NCIMB 702661

So far I managed to make it grow on MRS agar in aerobic and anaerobic condition (very small and thin colonies)

I am still having problems with liquid cultures. The growth in MRS media is not consistent.

I am looking for some advice as this is my first experience with Lactobacilli and without a consistent growth I can not plan my experiments.
