Do you know any web tool that I can use to create AHP Survey?
I have it as word document and people are not interested to participate is the length is 17 pages.
I hope with online survey it will be shorten and faster and accessible.

3. It may work if you create a google form and make questions with Multiple Choice Greed.
Its Constraint is that you can not name your criteria or alternatives at the end of the scale... and also not all the numbers are visible in a web-page or phone view and the respondents have to use the scroll to find all the numbers in the scale.
