I have designed a drawing in free-cad. It is related to the flow of water from reservoir-1 to reservoir-, both of them are structured at the top ends of a 'l_l' shaped pipe. I have placed a nozzle in the horizontal pipe(Play pipe). Now I want to simulate and want to know how the flow fluid behaves. I should make the meshing in Salome or any other FEA tool. After the meshing we have to save the file in UNV format, after creating the format of file at this point we have to make the supporting folders ('0', 'constant', 'system') of this document so that this file will save in the tutorial folder so the corresponding case folder for this example can be created so that this can be read by OpenFOAM. How to create that case folder after meshing my drawing?
If you have a steady simulation, for example, go in the tutorial directory of openfoam
/tutorial/incompressible/simplefoam
and copy the directory of one case like mixturevessel2d
Than, starting from this, you should change the dicts according to your case and mesh.

As Franco said, use an existing tutorial and modify the initial conditions in the 0 folder to suit your case.
You should use something like snappyHexMesh https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/SnappyHexMesh and import an .STL file into snappyHexMesh from your CAD tool.
There are tools that give OpenFOAM case as output. You can try that or use tutorials based on the particular solver that is relevant to your problem.
As already mentioned, you can start from an existing tutorial case that fits your case. Copy and rename the tutorial case in your "run" directory.
The mesh should be located in the constant/polymesh directory.
I would suggest you to use one of the available mesh generators that come with OpenFOAM. [1]
If you prefer to use another mesh generator, or if you have already the computational mesh as you said, then you can extract it in one of the formats that can be converted from OpenFOAM. [2]

Use an existing tutorial and modify the initial conditions in the 0 folder, modify the control parameters (in system and constant folders) that fits to your case and use them.
