I would like to create a line graph with zero (0) floating above the x-axis line by using Excel. This is because there is a huge difference between the lowest range (e.g. 0.3) and highest range (35.0). I would appreciate it if you could give me a step-by-step advice. Please look at the attached picture where you can see a gap between the bars and the axis line.
perhaps, you may try to move the x-axis a bit upward, that is, move the horizontal axis at the zero crossing point with the vertical axis:

i.e., Under the vertical 'Axis Options'', in the 'Horizontal axis crosses' section, select 'Axis value' and enter zero, 0.
Thank you for advice. I followed your advice, but there seem to be no changes. I'm not sure if I did it correctly. I would like to give you more informatio that my data points have no negative values.
Atikhom Thienthong, though the range of data has no negative values make sure that the range on the vertical axis (in 'axis options') starts at zero, and the horizontal axis crosses the vertical at zero (again in 'axis options'),
