Hello everyone
I have a general question regarding generation of the Venn diagram. I would like to create a Venn diagram to see the overlapping genes that are commonly expressed between seven samples. I search about it and found some online easy tools https://bioinfogp.cnb.csic.es/tools/venny/ (for 4-lists), http://jvenn.toulouse.inra.fr/app/example.html (for 6 lists) but they can't be use for 7-lists. I found another tool http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/cgi-bin/liste/Venn/calculate_venn.htpl (for more than 6-lists) can be used for more than 6-lists analysis but can't show venn diagram.
Please do comment if you know how to create 7-lists (7 different samples) venn diagram.

Frederic Lepretre Circos is the good solution but i think its difficult to prepare the file specially from RNA-seq. If you can elaborate file preparation and procedure i shall be very thankful.

The online solution is limited to 150rows and columns, but find attached a file that worked with the attached parameters.

the important thing as in all bioinformatics tasks is the preparation of files to analyze, which can be rapidly boring. This solution is simply and you can add lot of lists (http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/webtools/Venn/) until it says impossible to visualise something...
