How to couple Fluid structure interaction in ANSYS Workbench ?

I am trying to analyse the blood flow simulation through atherosclerosis arteries. The structure consists of 3 layers with different hyperelastic property materials. Now in this present case the blood flow simulation is done and the pressure obtained in the Fluent simulation is to be coupled with structure. When it is done with system coupling option using ANSYS workbench, we are unable to open the results.

The system currently we are using is with 32 GB RAM with 32 cores and NVIDIA graphics with 2400MHz.

How effectively can we run the simulation for FSI and obtain best results.
