But lets suppose that we have good rewarding system for all positive and negative employees but the problem is how to transform the negative behavior into positive?

Its good to use shining examples worth imitating to teach employees with poor or negative behaviors. Yet, it must be done with great kindness, not being judgemental, not be offensive but with the greatest politeness and consideration for the feelings of others as well as with a thread of motivation for those persons to vividly see the picturesque lessons in the same lens as the instructor.
