How to convey data from TCAD (Silvano) to a Spice Software?

Hello everyone,

My work needs to transfer the log data (Slivaco) of a structure that I have designed to Spice software(LTspice). Can Anyone give me a suggestion for the task?

I am not quite familiar with LTSpice but, from silvaco, you can extract data in .dat format which is almost the same as CSV file format and can be edited in any text editor.
