How to convert Waters raw file to mgf or mzML file format keeping the original charge state information?

Hi,

I am using a Waters Select Series Cyclic IMS, and trying to convert MSe raw data (without using ionmobility) to another generic file format. I tried PLGS and MSconvert but they transform the original charge state to 1+. However, for further data analysis, I will need the original charge state information. Does anyone have experience with converting Waters raw file?
