I am not that familiar with NVivo, so I just did a search for:

I also am not that sure what you mean by "blinding" the second coder. In general, the procedure is to have each coder work separately with the raw data, and then to compare their codings.

In Nvivo, if don't have tool "collaboration cloud", you need to create a "host project" and other copies of the project for each research who will perform "coding". After indepedent codification, import the copy projects into "host project" and select the "explore" option >>> "coding comparison query".
