Hello!

I currently have some degassed water and wanted to test for dissolved oxygen using resazurin. I understand a reducing agent is needed to turn resazurin into dihydroresorufin. In this case, Na2S will be used.

I have a stock solution of Resazurin of 1mg/L currently.

I want to make a Na2S stock solution of 60g/L.

I chose to use 50mL of RZ in my final diagnostic volume (my water sample of 400mL).

How much Na2S should I add to 50mL of Resazurin?
